QuintelX LLC is a limited liability company formed in Texas in February 2025, operating at the intersection of artificial intelligence, quantum computing research, and education technology. We are based in Plano, TX.

Our products use AI, including Anthropic's Claude API, to generate educational content. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. QuintelX does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated content. Users should apply their own judgement and verify important information independently.
Content on RasaBridge, including AI Learning Guide responses, is strictly for educational and informational purposes. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any health-related decisions. QuintelX expressly disclaims any liability arising from reliance on RasaBridge content for medical purposes.
QuintelX uses the Meta WhatsApp Business API to deliver AI coding tutoring and support. By messaging our WhatsApp Business account, you consent to receiving AI-generated educational responses. You may opt out at any time by sending "STOP" to our WhatsApp number. We will not send unsolicited marketing messages via WhatsApp.
All content, branding, software, and materials associated with QuintelX, AI Code Tutor, BrainSpark, and RasaBridge are the intellectual property of QuintelX LLC unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Our products operate on or integrate with third-party platforms including Telegram, WhatsApp (Meta), and Vercel. Use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. QuintelX is not responsible for the availability, policies, or actions of third-party platforms.
Our products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our products will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Use of our products is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QuintelX LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Collin County, Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
